Elemental Global

Platform terms

Last updated: 23 July 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to Elemental Global, operated by Elemental Global Pty Ltd. Any signed order form or service agreement also applies. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed agreement takes priority.

2. Limited licence

Subject to payment and these terms, an agency receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for its authorised users to use the hosted platform for its internal business operations. No source-code licence or ownership right is granted.

3. Accounts and agency data

Agencies must keep account access secure, invite only authorised people and promptly remove access that is no longer required. Each agency owns its submitted business data and remains responsible for its accuracy, lawful collection, exports and recordkeeping. Users must access only the agency workspaces and records they are authorised to use.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • copy, sell, sublicense or commercially reproduce the platform;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code except where law cannot exclude it;
  • scrape the service, bypass access controls or probe security without written permission;
  • upload malicious code, impersonate another person or access another agency’s data; or
  • use the platform to breach privacy, employment, tax, superannuation or other laws.

5. Intellectual property

The platform software, source and executable code, calculations, documentation, original screen content and branding remain the property of Elemental Global Pty Ltd or its licensors. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. Feedback may be used to improve the service without transferring ownership of agency data.

6. Financial and compliance responsibility

The platform assists with calculations, workflows and record preparation. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Agencies remain responsible for reviewing outputs, approving payments and meeting their own obligations.

7. Suspension and closure

Access may be suspended to protect security, prevent misuse, address non-payment or comply with law. Before closure, agencies should export their records. Deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy, applicable law, contractual commitments and the platform’s documented backup lifecycle.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms should be sent to the platform operator using the contact details in your service agreement.
